The rectilinear style has been enhanced with new colors, offering a fresh and striking vision to visitors and passers-by alike. Light and dark cladding strikes a balance that rules over the horizon. An aluminum trim lines the peak and the far ends of the structure, punctuating the stairway effect of the terraces. The style gives the different sides of the building an entirely new look, each with its own personality, south side as well as north. Stone adds the finishing touch to this work of “visual marquetry,” serving to affirm the mountain character of the building. On the south side, the stone effect comes forth in bold capital letters, emphasizing the vertical design of the building by leading the charge up the 10-story façade. On the north side, the stones are stretched out along the length of the structure for a horizontal effect, a visual counterpoint to the building’s height.
